• How can I make a reservation?

  You can make a reservation through this website.
  For same-day bookings, reservations are available before the show starts.

• Can I cancel my reservation?

  Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event date will be charged 100% of the fee.
  Cancellations made earlier than 24 hours before the event are free of charge.

• Can I change my reservation?

  We do not accept reservation changes. Please cancel your current booking and make a new reservation.

• Are same-day tickets available?

  Yes. Same-day reservations can be made online before the show starts.
  Cash payments are not accepted.

• What is included in the ticket?

  The ticket includes:

  • Sumo Show
  • Sumo Challenge experience
  • One drink

• Is there a child rate? What is the age range?

  Children aged 3–13 receive a 50% discount off the adult price.

• Can infants (0–2 years old) enter?

  Yes, admission is free for infants. A guardian must accompany them.

• What are the show times?

  Shows are held at 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM.

• How long is each performance?

  Each performance lasts approximately 1 hour.

• What language is used during the show?

  The show is conducted in English.

• How early should I arrive before the show?

  Doors open 40 minutes before the show. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the show starts.

• Can you store strollers?

  Yes, stroller storage is available.

• Is free Wi-Fi available?

  Yes, free Wi-Fi is available.

• Are there restrooms?

  Yes, restrooms are available.

• Can I bring outside food or drinks?

  Outside food and drinks are generally not allowed.

  It is a 5-minute walk from JR Shin-Imamiya Station or Dobutsuen-mae Station on the Midosuji Subway Line.

• Is parking available?

  No, there is no parking available. Please use nearby parking facilities.
